Coronavirus Update: Green Road Animal Hospital

As we are considered an essential service, we remain open for all of your pet care needs.

At Green Road Animal Hospital, the health, safety and wellbeing of our patients, our staff and our community is our number-one priority. Our hospital will remain open as long as we can offer a safe and healthy environment for you, your pets and our staff.

Due to the evolving situation with novel coronavirus and related disease (COVID-19), Green Road Animal Hospital is taking additional precautionary measures and limiting cases at the hospital.

Over the past few weeks we have taken a series of precautionary steps at our hospitals, including increased cleaning, disinfection, and access to hand sanitizer for our associates and clients.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or are quarantined due to potential COVID-19 exposure, please stay home and call your medical provider for advice on next steps. We'll be happy to help you reschedule any appointments for your pet until you're well. Please also limit the number of people who accompany each pet to the hospital.

If you do not wish to come into the building, you may remain in your vehicle with your animal. Call our office when you arrive at (216) 381-9393 and a staff member will come to your vehicle to bring the animal into the hospital. Also, we are allowing drop-off option for treatment for your animal as well.
