What are your hours?
Our standard business hours are 8am to 5:30 pm on Mondays,Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Fridays we close at 5pm and we are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

What if I am having an emergency?
Please see the bottom of our contact us page for recommended facilities that offer emergency service.

Can I schedule an appointment online?
Currently we do not accept online appointments but you may call (216) 381-9393 during business hours to schedule an appointment.

Do you recommend pet insurance?
Yes, please call our office for more information.

Do you bill for services?
Payment is due at the completion of your visit. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash or checks. We also offer CareCredit.
